Do I need minoxidil at 22 y/o and NW1?

It’s only slightly visible when my hair is longer and easily covered up, and still pretty discreet when it’s short, although I have to make more of an effort to hide it when it’s short

It has either matured or began receding over the past two years so should I start now to prevent any further loss or am I good for a few years

He’s still nw1, if he does a topical antiandrogen like ru with minoxidil and microneedling he could regrow to nw0 and pretty much be good as long as he keeps using a topical anti androgen
