I'm not jutting at all. I have a problem with my bite (open bite) so the doctor said they're going to fix that with surgery.

Ramus length is good for male. Genio will not make you better looking.

Upper Maxilla is recessed, Lefort 2 candidate.
You could pass with just implants and genio too, infraorbital implants and Radix grafts should be your number 1 priority
