You literally have upper eyelid retraction which is a medical issue

are you curry?
no, tanned med god i spend like 10h in the sun everyday

need to hop on some skin regimen to get back to a better color ngl

forget LL man get lower lid retraction first

LL is the least of my priorities tbh

will get cantho, lower eyelid, upper eyelid
but do i need orbital decomp tbh? im planning to get a browridge implant so

do i need it? @Taylorswift u seem to be knowledgeable

Orbital decompression would help with deep set eyes but u lag of sopraorbital fat pads. Think about it
Whats supraorbital fat pads? Can you show? Sorry idk much about surgery

Also can I fat transfer to get them?

You will not get an orbital decompression. Just saying it rn.

High risk of complications + done on deformed/insanely bug eyes.

Eye position is judged usually from the side/bottom profile but even w/o that your eyes do not justify doctors letting you get one.

I'd rather not do it actually. It seems like a scary surgery.

I really want to just get lower eyelid, upper eyelid retraction as well as cantho. I always thought a browridge implant could be a good alternative to gay orbital decompression.

u actually nailed it ngl im impressed
Big dark eyes look good on women but it's a failo on men imo unless you wanna beardmax and looks like a painting from the Renaissance era.

Your eyes are normal. They're average.
Do you have a hooked nose?
Yes but from wearing tight glasses as a kid and getting punched in the face a lot ngl

I plan to get a rhino and upper and lower eyelid surgery + a canthoplasty

My eye area failos me hard

i just really hope i dont need orbital decompression
the surgery looks brootal
worse than LL

If you don’t wanna get OD then aim for infraorbital rim implants, lower eyelid retraction surgery and upper eyelid fillers

You're eyes are normal. You should worry more about your nose shape tbh. It's a big failo.

nothing a good ol rhinoplasty cant fix tbh

its just that eyes are hardcore
they cost srs cash to fix and surgeries are super hardcore

just have graves disease theory
ngl i refuse to believe i need the surgery anyway
look at my eyes from the side up there, they look like the after results of his patients JFL

ill stick w my initial plan of browridge implant, cantho, upper and lower eyelid + infraorbital rims
can do like 3 of these surgeries at once i think at taban as well

Yeah for sure
browbone implants have pretty limited effect on eye area in some ways though tbh
imo your money could be better spent elsewhere

No tbh eye hooding is more supraorbital ridge related which from what I’ve seen is not augmented by browbone implants.

If you look at the placement you can see that it doesn’t appear to be hooding his eyes anymore

1604509001291

same with the results, it’s much more the side and 3/4 that is augmented

This is the best result I have seen for a browridge implant and you can see it makes his eyes look much better and more hooded but doesn’t really impact uee like you may like

I suggest you contact eppley directly and ask him about this though, maybe the placement can be altered to give hooding, i’m just going from what I’ve seen really.

do u think i should do OD or no tbh? judging off pics

im thinking of asking the jew himself taban
I mean your eyes could do with it but as a big and expensive surgery I don’t think the results would justify, you could get much better results from infraorbital rim implants and lower eyelid retraction surgery, if you need OD then taban will tell you in person.

You have similar amounts of UEE to me but different eye shape (mines more vertically narrow and horizontally wider). I plan on doing a browridge implant with a fat graft to cover most of the UEE.

Probably not. People here are quick to think they need orbital decompression when in actuality, they do not.
