Do I need palate expander + front pulling face mask

I think u have a pretty good palate it seems wide u should fix your eyebrows try castor oil to make the thicker also u seem to have somewhat of a neutral canthal tilt which isn't bad but do a lot of zygo pulling and grow ur hair out. I'm not an expert but if u work on these things it should make u ascend pretty well.

Ihve ascended doing all that due to my exams i have to focus on that so just dropped all things btw appreciate the efforts
