What i want to fix in my face: skin, eyezone, asimmetry, recessed jaw and mouth.

I think to this surgery, tell me if i need something else or i have reason about the surgery.

Lateral canthopexy with temporal/cheek lift + fat grafting to orbital rim and cheek bones.

Rhinoplasty

Because i am slightly asimmetric and recessed: chin wing + jaw implant for sx ramus + upper lip filler injection.

Bimax is too invasive maybe chin wing could give me the same result

Ahahahah ok, however lateral canthopexy can raise a lower eyelid. I talk with many oculoplastic surgeons in Italy. I think to be ltn and with the surgery that i want to do could ascend to htn at max. No bad
