Do I need to gain weight ideally? (125 pounds)

If I’m 15 125 pounds and I want to have as much natural facial bone growth as I can would it be ideal to gain weight ?

I was at fcuking 135 and now I’m at 125 I don’t run I don’t workout I do light intensity work outs for low stress and maybe compound lifting every once in a while for stimulation

I eat a lot of carbs and I eat 4 meals a day with snacks is it ideal to gain weight or not
 
How many calories you get in a day?
 
I’m also 125lb at 15 i get called skinny alot however i have wide clavicles and a narrow waist so i dont look to skinny in a hoodie

Exactly my situation and how my body is but apparently the weight is not ideal for bone growth I think 130-140 is ideal and I’m doing so much to get there idk dude

my problem is a very fast metabolism i’m guessing you have the same no matter how much i eat i’ve always been skinny

I think i fixed it and found out a way to make this weight ideal

so i realized the bone growth anabolic state isn’t about weight it’s about surplus so if you’re eating in a surplus which will be easy if you get Greek yogurt honest blue berries and nuts (if you want) you can get a last after dinner 500 calorie meal which puts you well in a surplus now why is it ideal because the lower weight you are the less it takes to be in a surplus for example -



125 lb teen might maintain weight at ~2,300 calories/day.
A 145 lb teen might need ~2,700–2,800 calories/day to maintain.

Since you’re lower weight it’s way easier to reach that surplus and get the bone growth anabolic signaling than others while also being lower fat which is ideal for testosterone

And also get protein as always it also depends on how much you move I don’t do sports and don’t plan on ever but I still do enough to stimulate bone growth while avoiding the cortisol heightening sports give off

Oh yes I didn’t see that I thought I put that anyway my height is 5’11

Bulk and go to the gym get out of the victim weight, also keep low body fat% at your height you should be around 180 lean ideally

Yes I’m hoping the surplus which it should will give me a steady weight gain I don’t think it will be hard to do honestly

Gets harder as you go but at your current weight up to around 170 itll be easy enjoy, i am 6'1 at 200 pounds rn my wallet is having hard time
 
Be at the weight that makes you look the leanest while not looking like a skeleton, you should at least look jacked which some people can do depending on height even at 130-140.
