do I need to get on HGH at 5'11?

i will likely end up being ~6ft (without HGH), is it worth it to inject HGH and potentially grow more? i get that the risks can be smaller there are some major ones.

5'11 is an acceptable hieght, anyone who say anything else can't be satisfied or is from a random Nordic town.
it's really not worth the risk of ruining your face, or having diabetes/cancer.
