I started INTENSELY gymcelling august 2023, and my first break was until March 2025, from August 2023 to march 2025
-I lifted 6x a week consistently, I NEVER MISSED a single day I LITTERALLY would go on rainy snowy nights where its 0 degrees, SHIT WAS LIKE brushing my teeth, bro I swear I went every single day,
eating 130g of protein and a calorie surplus, with whole foods,
-with training to faliure every set doing 5-15 sets per muscle per week with 3 minute rest times and a structured ppl split routine with the optimal exercises that emphazise a stretch
So you might be asking, what progress did I make?
My bench only went from 85-145lbs, and from August 2023 to August 2024 I was stuck at 115lbs
In order to even exceed 115lbs I had to dirty bulk like crazy
What happens when I would try to progressively overload?
Well, I would get stuck at the same rep range, while the adults in the gym could do fuck all and see gains.

And my closest friend who was basically my brother at that time went to the gym with me every single time we obviously did the same program
WE ATE THE SAME EXACT DIET FROM THE same exact brands since we would facetime eachother every dinner
And he ended up with a fat-muscular powerlifter build at the end of his dirty bulk
I ended up with a death tier skinny fat build at the end of mine.
So, at the end of all this, I was 135lbs at 5,7 and 18 percent Bodyfat, WTF is that
So I recently came back to try and gymcell like crazy, because I think puberty finally kicked in, and the same thing happens.

AND NO this isn't heightpill since I'm 6,0
Multiple shorter and weaker people trying to fight me and saying they would destroy me
-atleast 3 comments the past 6 months on how feminine I am, like saying the word feminine exactly
-Backhanded comments "you don't look like your good at basketball"
-"You are NOT a boxer you do not train MMA"
-" You are the most unathletic person I've ever met"
-ANd guess what, those people NEVER seen me do anytype of physical activity, they just think I'm some white nerd soyboy, Instead of a high test Arab I wanna be.
-Just alot of people making suggestions that they can beat me in a fight
-Just alot of people showing signs they see me as a little kid.
