Title. I'm taking an aromatose inhibitor (6.25 mg daily) but some in some threads here mention their collagen got bad from it, specifically with how it effected their elastin. Do I need to worry about that? I take mk-667 as well btw (25 mg daily). If so, how do I increase elastin?

You should be taking collagen, vitamin C, silica, MSM and fish oil for your skin every day regardless of what else you're taking.

I thought collagen supplements are cope though? Many here say so. You're talking about oral collagen supplements, right?

how much silica should you be taking?

500mg. You should also be taking 5-10,000mcg of biotin if you're not prone to acne. I can't take it though because it gives me cystic acne on back.

It has to do something, only disagreement is over how much.

A Collagen Supplement Improves Skin Hydration, Elasticity, Roughness, and Density: Results of a Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Blind Study

The test product significantly improved skin hydration, elasticity, roughness, and density. The differences between the verum group and the placebo group were statistically significant for all test parameters.

why?

All human studies included in the review were randomized controlled trials mainly conducted in high- to middle-income countries which highlighted that both oral and topical collagen supplements help to delay the aging process, with no differences arising between the two types of collagen. The evidence from the reviewed studies suggested that both collagen supplements improve skin moisture, elasticity, and hydration when orally administered. Additionally, collagen reduces the wrinkling and roughness of the skin, and existing studies have not found any side effects of its oral supplements.

Collagen is affected from high dht + low e or low dht + high e
So if you are taking aromasin for low e then keep your dht levels high to not fuck collagen

How

High dht and high prolactin are causes for hair loss if one thing of this is inverse to the other you won't have hair loss
Same goes with collagen
