your jaw and features are quite strong and well developed which is not a bad thing at all. however it does slightly make you look older than your age, and btw that leather jacket IS NOT helping you look younger

regular sunscreen applied multiple times a day
tretinoin/tazarotene
start dressing your age
possible laser hair removal for face (this is optional and it’s ur choice but it helps a lot with looking younger)
