I am tested at 120 IQ but that was when I was in 10th grade. I am back in college and I find it super easy to write term papers, but I can't do Math to save my life.

If you were tested at 120 IQ then that's probably around where you are now, IIRC IQ tends to remain fairly stable as you age. I'm surprised that you're having trouble with math though.
