Do I seriously have to get blood work on test or gh

I’ve been on and off hgh for a little while and about to start test, I’ve started having weird hand tingles and horrible sleep so I’m going to bring my gh does down to 8iu (originally 12). But my friend said I should be getting my blood checked and I’m an idiot for not doing so already, I’ve got no idea how to get my blood checked I’m 16 with basically zero connections

private labs as well. Medical test results are protected by medical privacy law. Labs are not allowed to share your results with anyone else without your permission, do research though as example full medical privacy usually starts around age 16 in EU
