Do I switch from hgh to tesamorelin?

For context: 6’2 165lbs (187cm 75kgs)

Currently only on hgh and reta


I am planning to run a test + tren cycle.

Considering switching to tesamorelin from hgh because even tho I am low bf% I have a lot of visceral fat (due to losing 130 pounds (60kgs) and lingering insulin resistance)

And wouldn’t the igf sensitivity from tren help as well?


Or are these just loose skin? I am also on 20mg isotret should I add topical tret and maybe ghk(don’t really wanna bc of the igf effects)

I am really lost on this please help out
