I did it and just a week ago I was diagnosed with early onset blindness actually. It will take 6 months to reverse my eyesight back to normal. I do not recommend doing this.

Nah, it's stupid in theory
Cold burns fat tissue, if you apply ice to your eyes it will get fucked
In theory it should activate brown fat which is triggered by cold

But what is "actívate" supposed to mean? Its not saying youre generating more of this fat.

"
Brown fat, also called brown adipose tissue, is a special type of body fat that is turned on (activated) when you get cold. Brown fat produces heat to help maintain your body temperature in cold conditions. "

I understand that the only thing activated is heat in the area to help mantain temperature...

I’ve been doing for a while now here and there. It makes a difference but progress is slow. Sleeping seems to have a bigger impact short term.

Tbh with you chief I’ve been ice cubing my eyes everyday for the past couple months like a giga autist and have had 0 results

it works you fucking faggets I've done it myself
most of you probably just do it for 3 or 4 days than give up and say it doesn't work jfl

How long have you been doing it

How long have you been doing it
I barely do it anymore since there is very little progress to be made after like 6 months
But in about 2 months I've seen good results
you got to keep on doing it afterwards for some time for it to be permanent
but just go to the original thread tbh
