Only asking cause I might get orbital implants down the line
 
Any foreign object sitting on top of bone is bound to cause trouble in the long run. It’s best to just move the bones directly.

I agree when it comes to the jaws. But I never heard of an orbital rim osteotomy.

never heard of malar/orbital implants causing bone resorption, only chin implants

Not in the way PSL makes it to be. They won't start "eating out" your bones if they're placed and fixated properly.
 
Again this thread, silicone implants will. Rigid material implants wont.
