I did, however, it wasn't as effective for that purpose I think. I was the lightest I've ever been (see below) on that but unsure if it was due to rotting during Covid or the hydroquinone, and my genetics allow me to be rather light brown.

Higher concentrations of hydroquinone are more effective for skin bleaching.
