Heard they can give you a feminine posture and even mess with your joints years later. I'm only using 1 inch ones.

if you focus on keeping your back straight, they won't ruin your posture

I would like to know as well my legs are short compared to chest and I just ordered 1.5 inch lifts

Who cares wtf. Height is so important. They certainly change the way you walk, they take adjusting or you will trip. And if you wear lifts all day then take them of and immediately try to walk in normal shoes it throws you off

Lifts pretty much give the same result of wearing high heels imo.

My English teacher told me once that is women wear high heels in order to achieve stronger orgasms.

I was gonna say I didn't ask but... Okay.

I guess it’s possible but I’ve seen women who wear heels at least every other day of their lives who still have good posture.

Pull twice as often as you push to avoid your shoulders becoming rounded.

Make sure the bar is positioned correctly when you squat to avoid fucking up your neck.

Learn how to deadlift with damn near perfect form because.... yeah, pulling a shit ton of weight off the ground isn’t going to do your posture much justice if you’re doing it completely wrong.

Don’t be stupid and wear lifts everyday. Just wear 1 inch lifts when you go out to the bars and clubs. That’s it.

Good luck squatting and deadlifting 4 inches off the ground lmao.

What counts as lifts

i don't squat/deadlifts. anything that will compress the spine is out the door.

I only do shoulders/chest/arms/back, cable, weighted hanging + 20 minute back massage from massage chair b4 i leave the gym to decompress the spine. Go home eat food and take glucosamine to retain morning height.

Height> muh muhh BUt deADliFTs r So iMpOrTaNt. yeaaaaahhhhh fuck off
High IQ. You don’t hit legs at all?

Don’t even lift then lmao. You’re gaining no real strength by skipping out on the 2 most important lifts and your body is going to look weak regardless of how much bicep and chest size you gain. And you’re low IQ if you think squats and deadlifts are going to cause any real height skrinkage lol.

i dont care for strength tbh, only how i look. My clavicles r top tier and people started saying i look different after 4 week in the gym.

My roommate came back from break and said "thats how i know ur built differently, ur shoulders blew up in 4 weeks"
the restaurant that i frequented said "i just look way bigger"
i was at the sprouts farmers market and dude approaches me and says "do you box, ur built like a boxer"

always remember its all about the bones

View attachment 265429 frame/insertions r everything and mine are godly. except for my upper chest

also i have a athletic background (soccer/cross country) high school and ive never been fat in my life.
That’s fine and all. I’m just saying doing squats and deadlifts are huge. They’re the main boosters of testosterone out of gym lifts and they’re the biggest contributors to functional strength. You’re not sacrificing height by doing them, trust me. If anything if you’re lifting correctly your posture will improve and you’ll stand a little more straight up because they’re good for correcting muscle imbalances like pelvic tilt.

My chest is 20 inches wide without starting a lifting program at 6’1.5” is that top tier?

just stay short goyim, dont wear things that will actually improve your life

I have been using mine for a year already. No back problems, and posture is as good as ever.
