I have a blasian friend who started lifting at 12/13 and he's almost 28 and he's 5'9" - I knew a black guy who was known for being muscular in high school (my blasian friend mired him hard, I jokingly started to call him his boyfriend) and he also started training at 12 and he was 5'10" / 5'11". On the other hand I knew a Slavic guy who started working out at 15 maybe and he is 6'1.5" maybe.

Don't see a mechanism by which it would happen. They might fuck up you're posture though.

just dont squat or deadlift

Squat/deadlift/overhead press/bench press will stunt growth.

Yes it does it reduces the space I’m the knee joint u will get shorter

Exactly, so many dumbasses here that don't know how to read.
Yes, they stunt heel growth and foot growth in general. Also puts heavy strain if you're an autist that wears 2 inches+ daily.

Mine are 4.5 cm, 17 years old with growth plates barely open but already decent height just want a bigger frame and better proportions so I'm trying to heightmaxx for that purpose. Should I stop wearing lifts??

Well, if you're talking about shoe lifts, then it's a yes and a no. It's controversial. Although, it sounds stupid that frauding your height can stunt your growth, but it is possible; by abusing the shoe lifts you can damage your joints and alter the plane of your body, which will lead to poor posture and spine compression (which is the same as squatting for example if you are growing up).

Only use them in important situations and not for long (e.g. clubbing for 2-3 hours) and you will be safe.
