Noone peaks physically after 30.

That being said, men can potentially fare better longterm compared to women, because they have a larger reproductive window, and things like status, money, experience and social competency matter quite a bit at least for long term dating, while for women once the looks have declined considerably it's kinda over, she might get some casual sex with a decent looking guy but she'll always be treated like a cumrag by said guy.
