don't need surgery when you have caucasoid genes. surgery asians have no caucasian genes so they look bad. also southeast asians are more high t than northeast surgery asians. southeast asian more paleo mongoloid.

I’m SEA and most of us have double eyelids but I’m not a fan of them and don’t see why East Asians want them. Yeah I’ve noticed SEA Asians have a somewhat better brow ridge than East Asians but I don’t think they look paleo mongoloid.

SEAs are probably the neo mongoloids because they’ve lost their cold adapted features.
I think Mongolians and Siberians the are true paleo mongoloids and they look high T but lack a browridge because of flat face syndrome
