the only permanent fix is surgery if we’re talking about bones

braces will fix ur teeth position but the jaw doesn’t move

Mouthguards for adults are mainly to stop teeth grinding. If you’re still growing they do in fact work. I wore a mouthguard for a couple of years when I was 13 and it fixed my overbite. This was of course all done under professionals supervision
