I didn't notice much the first time I watched it.

Remember what it actually is. It's a subliminal that reduces your melanin in your eyes, so it would be slowly reducing the amount in your eyes.

I currently have blue and green on the outside of my eyes, It's slowly pushing the brown out, outside in.

You should listen for like 10 minutes at least each day when you're just chilling, not doing anything. You should take a photo after a month or two and compare it to before.
