What about stubbles? You can try and massage rosemary oil every day on your scalp or buzz cut it with a fade and see how it looks, otherwise shave it all off, will still be better than what you have now

I’m expected to be clean shaven and I used to have buzz with a fade I may go back to doing that but I’ll probably try minox first
