Do Native Americans count as ethnics?

I thought ethnic meant any non-white person. But when I hear people talk about ethnics, they are mainly describing issues that only really affect Indians, Arabs, and maybe East Asians. Blacks & Amerindians are non-white but they aren't really foreigners in the New World.

Is ethnic reserved for fobs or are all non-Europeans potential deathnics?

I think that they are Ethnics, but in their case it's actually a halo in the U.S. I mean there's not alot of them, they do stick to their reservations, but they've been romanticized in American culture. Like everyone (like Elizabeth Warren, Johnny Depp, Anthony Kiedis) claims or wants to claim Native American ancestry. Outside of USA, don't know.

No we are white we have white features only brown skin sometimes and some ethnic features like nose and colouring

But a lot of tribes look a lot different than others, some look very Asian, others look close to black

The response rate of women to Native Americans has actually been studied, and they are pretty much near the response rate to whites and probably the highest of any "ethnic".

WHile 3% of US is "native American", most of those are mixed with white. Probably only 1% of US population is visibly native American, and they mostly live in the Midwest and Mountain States in their own communities

Tbh if you go by genetics the Native American population is much higher than that since a lot of Mexican/Central American immigrants here are racially Native American. I'm Native but a lot of people have assumed I'm Mexican because of that

Most of those celebrities you named aren't 50% native American. Taylor Lautner probably has no Native American ancestry and just tans well. Full-blooded Native Americans are as dark as Asian Indians. People with one Native American parent and one White parent look like your average Mexican. Neither Indians nor your average Mexican look White at all.
