over for powerliftcels like me who fell for the jason blaha/starting strength "enough pressing/pulling volume will grow your arms" meme. i still have lagging arms (specifically biceps) after a couple years training and thats even after specialising in chin ups. just do large volumes of curls at the end of ur session ngl. no reason not to.
