You could be capping your bone growth potential with isotretinoin.
Isotretinoin has been shown to prematurely close epiphyseal plates directly impacting height potential. Not only is this obvious from the impacts it has on hormonal health but it has been directly shown in this study
Not only does it cuck your height, it kills your test, IGF-1 and therefore growth hormone, all of which significantly influence bone maturation. These studies both show the impact it has on total testosterone:

And no, lower dosages will not help you avoid the side affects. This drug works in a cumulative fashion so 10mg for 3yrs is equivalent to 30mg for 1yr. Any treatment which is "successful" will still garner the same side effects no matter how slow or fast the approach for dosages.
The cosmetic industry already has terrible standards in proving safety and effectiveness of drugs. Dermatologists and pharmacists will never tell you these side effects, and if they do, they'll make it seem insignificant. Do not let anyone psyop you into taking this drug. If you are going to take it, make sure your growth plates are already closed, and probably start pinning too.
If you are lifting, then stay away from squatting or anything that could potentially compress the spine (because of the increased risk of bone injuries)

If you are planning to get off tret and take antibiotics instead (doxy etc) their impacts are worse on height. https://www.hcplive.com/view/analysis-pediatric-isotretinoin-use-not-linked-shorter-adult-height
The only healthy alternative here is to fix the source of the problem, which is most likely your gut health. To put it simply eat meat with high antioxidant foods (vegetables), consume a sufficient amount of electrolytes, eat enough fiber, and stay away from sugar, dairy and gluten.

TLDR: 99.9% of acne treatments makes you a subhuman. Be properly aware of the side effects before taking it and don't let your dermatologist lie to you

Impact of isotretinoin treatment on testosterone and sex hormone-binding globulin in malepatients with acne vulgaris
Background: Acne vulgaris is primarily a disease of the pilosebaceous unit. Four main pathogenic factors are known to lead to its development: follicular epidermal hyperproliferation, excess sebum production, inflammation, and the activity of propionibacterium acnes. Isotretinoin (ISO) is a...
