Before looksmaxxing I was a gymcel, bulk and weights only all that jazz.

And even though I dropped the bulking I never did cardio until the last 3 months.

And this shit makes you feel so fucking good.

Things I noticed

I can actually do shit without losing my breath, I can run for hours, I can bike nonstop for hours, I can work outside for hours. That feels good asf when before I used to run down the street and run out of breath even though I was lean at the time.

Sleep has improved significantly

Hormones definitely are in a better place, I feel horny and motivated these last two years I was depressed asf.

I can last longer in bed, I used to be able to only last like 5 minutes dude it was bad. Now I’m at like 15 and I can control myself way more.

Debloats like crazy and easier to Leanmax.

Health indicators improved significantly

Overall I would rate cardio in the top 3 softmaxes

Having good cardiorespiratory health is way more important for your wellbeing than strength tbh

Buy a treadmill or a stationary bike, jump rope is also good if you're broke

My favorite is cycling with a heart rate bpm at 150+

Any cardio like running works but you have to put in effort and get that heart rate up, also be consistant, I do 3-4 days of cardio sessions a week usually.

what do you think about kickboxing couple times a week for cardio?

Its good, but for how long. Preferably heart-rate over 130 for at least 30 min.
Prolly 1 hour. I also do jiu-jitsu but tbh that’s barely any cardio
 
Good take.
I have been cycling a lot lately instead of taking the car and I have only seen benefits from it.
Getting leaner and improving my stamina.
