I just wanted hair and felt like I was dying after 2mg in a day. Gave me insomnia, racing heartbeat and high ass blood pressure jfl

Sticking to biotin gg not worth the sides

That’s why you start lower and titrate the dose to see how your body reacts to it

Biotin is a meme

Not sure why people even take oral minox, it doesn't target the scalp while topical will and has less sides

I’m on 2.5mg 2x/day. Feel fine

First I’m bumping up my dutasteride from .5mg/day to 1.0mg/day, but after that I may even increase oral minox to 7.5mg/day (5mg first dose then 2.5mg second dose)

Oral is systematic
Yes, obviously. But there's no benefit to that since people that take Minoxidil only care for hair growth local to their face/head. I don't want a hairier chest or arms, nor facial hair I need to shave more often.
Biggest selling point to oral Minoxidil is convenience, it's one tablet and done, so easier to keep consistent long-term - but it's a big trade-off.

Muh just use topical. Up to 50 percent of people are non responders to topical. Only oral can work for them
