Do oversized, roundish cheekbones come along with downward growth?

I've seen a lot of people who have cheekbones that are massive but unaesthetically roundish, and they also show signs of significant facial recession.

Yes. Also slightly downward, but usually downward grown face gets covered by skin so you just See no projection. Look at the angle from bis eye to his nose tho

There is tons of those pics, in children mewing is more than legit. In adults I believe it can still work, but I understand why someone would believe it doesnt.
