Do people torture with sunburns

I think an insane method of torture would hypothetical be giving a person a sunburn slowly keeping them alive, as soon as it’s about to heal burning them again, repeating this process over and over again until the skin is raw and then plucking every one of their hairs out, beating and abusing them, scratching them. Then let them heal a bit but right before they’re better burn one more time until they die

Just thought this because I got sunburn on a bad place and it has been legit torture, that’s from barely even being in the sun for more than 2-3 hours
