European countries being more healthy/ better looking. How has culture impacted the European country to produce higher quality offspring. Or rather why have other countries such Indians remain bottom of the barrel in the quality of genetics they have?

Does promiscuity offer an advantage in society for better looking offspring?

How about cultures that are governed more by principles rather than a lavish (full of sexual gratification )lifestyle? Positive or negative?
