Panjabis are the tallest of Asia which includes East Asia (China, Japan, etc), West Asia (Arab countries, Iran & Turkey) as well as the rest of South Asia (Afghanistan, India, Pakistan). So it'd not be a stretch to think they'd have bigger skulls (not per se tall, but broader, I think).

As for ears, I do have relatively big ears, but not those flappy ears that could take off any moment.
