Do recessed people tend to have lower IQ?

Because I remember two foids I used to go to school with who had that typical mouth breather phenotype and they were noticeably dumber in comparison to other foids (like, struggling with grammar and historical events/dates). Did any of you notice something similar IRL?

You might be right. Still, those recessed foids probably have SMVs higher than the entire forum combined.
