Do seed oils bloat you , I’ve been free of seed oils for a few weeks and only cooked in butter but I just had a tad bit with some spinach will I get extremely bloated ?

no i get what he said i just typed it out poorly i meant that the oil he used for the spinach isnt gonna bloat himI think he meant that he used a little bit of seed oil such as Canola Oil (aka Rapeseed oil), Peanut oil, Sunflower oil ect., and was wondering if it would bloat hm.
I mean I only used a little bit less than 10 ml I don’t usually consume any fast food or processed food and Im very mindful with my sodium intake aswell but my masseter hypertrophy kinda ruins my faceno i get what he said i just typed it out poorly i meant that the oil he used for the spinach isnt gonna bloat him
