Anyway, they do increase estrogen, although it's not very biologically significant. Definitely minimize soy, but it won't DRASTICALLY fuck with your test or estrogen levels.
If you truly have to eat them, at the very least nail the nutritional and lifestyle foundations to have high testosterone. A little elevated estrogen from biologically unavailable phytoestrogens is not significant if your testosterone is high and free bound.
