This. Look into the concept of bioavailability.

Even simple vitamins like vitamin C or D in synthetic form can be problematic because they are not bioavailable.
Why? Because they don't absorb well into your body and you may develop deficiencies.

Better forms of vitamins are always of natural origin (extracted from living things) and cost more than generic synthetics. Generic synthetics can also have toxic fillers.

novel formulation of vitamin C-lipid metabolites (PureWay-C) was shown to be more rapidly taken-up by human T-lymphocytes and more rapidly stimulate neurite outgrowth, fibroblast adhesion and inhibition of xenobiotic-induced T-cell hyperactivation. Here, PureWay-C serum levels were measured in healthy volunteers after oral supplementation. Plasma C-reactive protein and oxidized low density lipoprotein levels (LDL) were also measured.

Pureway C vitamin supplements absorb ~10x better into the system than generic C synthetics and will boost collagen production, skin health, mental well-being etc. in a much better capacity than anything you could buy in the supermarket. They also come in high concentrations like 500/1000mg. To get so much natural C you'd need to eat 20+ pounds of citrus fruits or berries in one day.

Free looksmax tip of the day, vitamin C is the key ingredient in boosting collagen production, you cannot just apply it topically, your body also needs it from within
And 99% of vitamin C supplements are useless basic ascorbic acid solutions (powders pressed into pill form) that will have minimal absorption in your body no matter how many milligrams the label lists.

Uh no the best vit c supplement is developed by Livon Labs. They have a liposomal based Vitamin C supplement which has been proven to be more bioavailable:

Pureway's solution is liposomal as well. It's the superior method for vitamin C availability in the body. (It's not a product itself, it's a commercial form of vitamin C that manufacturers can use).

I haven't looked into Lipon Labs but if they use or create liposomal vitamin C it's just as good.

Any vitamin C that isn't bound to a lipome is close to useless.
The product has to mimic the natural cells of the body which contain fats.

Livon labs actually made the patent for liposomes. So i doubt that Pureway can copy the liposomal carrier exactly because Livon has the patent

EDIT: I trust Livon more because they are the founders of this shit and are probably higher quality

best natural sources of vitamin C?

best natural sources of vitamin C?
The most bioavailable sources are obviously fruits, but those need to be consumed in moderation due to the high sugar content.

Acerola cherries have the highest amount of vitamin c of any commercially available fruit (kakadu plums have up to 2900mg/100g but those aren't available in most of the world).

The second best source are Vitamin C capsules that are packaged with citrus bioflavonoids.
