Do these male face creams actually work?

I use Nivea Men and also Balea Man (the own brand of DM [Drogerie-Markt in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, I don't think it has stores in any other countries)

I don't even have acne. I just want to achieve a "baby-smooth", "glowing" skin. That's all. These all have been dermatologically tested so apparently they won't cause acne or any other forms of skin irritation

But are these things BS or do they really give you very nice skin?

It's actually a very smart thing to do to read labels.
The higher an ingredient is on the list, the more their concentration is in the product.
Vice versa the lower they are the lower their amount
