Do u ever think sometimes why am I doing this

Like ur too busy in life doing the same things again and again and just realise why though what's the purpose of this when we all die at the end like I am doing things to earn money get rich build a strong physique but in the back of my mind it's always certain this will be of no use
When I see outer space and comparing that to earth like how small our planet is and why if there was nothing meaningful on those planets do they exist

Do u ever feel that when u see so strange things happen how ur life change in matter of seconds and it all feels no different than a dream or movie
