She started university and in her grade of 300 something people there was only 4 people that got hired to start an apprenticeship that the school promoted. Which was the position that she applied for. So there literally was a 4/300 possibility of her getting the job if we lived in a fair world. The field she went into was 80% men but somehow all of the 4 spots went to high HTBs and low stacylites. 4 spots. 4 women. No men.
The funny thing is 2 months after she started the job she dropped out of the university.
