I’m speaking from experience, I’ve never been some slayer but I’m legit ND and have had some success and also missed opportunities. Girls aren’t universally repulsed by ND traits, they can even relate to them sometimes. But they can’t make inhibition into a positive. If she gives you the chance, wants it and is ready, you’ve gotta take it. If not, she’ll take it as rejection and withdraw.
