You are not 21. To answer your question my bideltoid increased from 18 to 19 inch going from 130lbs to 150lbs. Using mug pencil on wall makes me 20.5 inch you delusional fucks

There is no way you’re 21 inches at 130ibs. I have a good frame for my height and I’m just barely past 22 at 215ibs.
