Do women feel intimidated by very attractive men?

Im not talking about a HTN, im talking about guys like Brad Pitt, Chico Lachowski, Alain Delon, etc.
I have read some women stating this but i wanna know what you guys think about it. They said they felt intimidated just looking at them, and some said they won´t give them their phone number because they didn´t feel like they are on their league.
