But tbh i went 3 months without watching porn last year and the only differences was that i was more attracted to girls IRL and being slightly more productive. Also being on nofap/quitting porn is annoying as fuck youre constantly thinking about jerking off instead of doing important stuff, kind of like when youre balding.
