Whatever you allow to make you angry is your fault.

Emotions are tools to reach goals previously planned and decided via reason and logic, this is something very well studied. You shouldn't allow anger dictate your behaviour, rather, one should learn indifference to what others do in every situation.

Rationally thinking about the matter anger in such situation will only lead to negativity, unless you lived in a proper muslim country with real muslim laws and you could actually do something about it by snitching on that criminal fornicator for the sake of the greater good. Then, in such situaion, anger would have been properly used as a tool for a rational long term goal.

However, living in degeneracy there is no point in feeling anger compared to indifference. The best you can do is use it as motivation (Meaning a tool) for a greater goal like improving yourself, but allowing it to just dictate your next move is a recipe for almost inevitable disaster, like trying to fight the rain or the scorching sun. And you can't just put it into a box and act as if it doesn’t exist, you need to confront such anger and win against it so that you don't feel it anymore.

A solution could also be exposition. There is nothing cringer than watching a couple 24/7 living with eachother, seeing the coward man refraining from saying things you can clearly feel he wants to say, watching the woman backbite him and trying to hide her smallest physical "deficiencies". Once you get exposed to the reality of relationships and not the image they portray to the rest of the world, once you get to see them past the quick honeymoon stage, you stop romanticizing and envying such things and perhaps start even feeling disdain at certain point. You get from an inferiority complex to a superiority one.
