Do you always say yes when acid challenges you?

Sometimes I say yes when I see its minimal like "oh youre afraid of getting naked outside, lets get naked outside!" I accept the challenge but when its stuff like "you will learn about why youre a tetagram" I always try to supress it when it comes to deep shit I always refuse, Im not ready for that knowledge
