I've been interested in magic and different variations of occultism since I was a little kid. I've always wondered if one could have a mind that powerful it could alter reality and the external world.

Last week I decided to delve deeper into all these subcategories and magic in itself. I've learned quite a lot and it honestly made me 1000% sure magic isn't cope.
Either way magic truly works or you trick your brain so much you get the dopamine rush of thinking it worked. Something happens but I and barely anyone else can be certain what.

This topic is so insanely interesting and I wonder what you guys think about it?
Do you believe in magic or secret knowledge?
If magic was real, would you practice it?

I have had christian upbringing, so there is this idea subcontiously rooted in me, that magick has some sort of negative backlash, like there is a big price you have to pay for what you get out of it. But one person I have chatted with through discord said this isnt the case, so I lean more towards trying it.

since then I feel like a different person, my love for philosophy and overall life's secrets started back then and even though I'm sober now I still think I'm on a diff wavelength and have a powerful brain ong
I'm in the process of writing a book on metaphysics and overall life philosophy but everything I've come to learn in the past few years just gets conflicted over and over again. Feels like I'm never getting anywhere until one day I will figure it out 100%.
