Do you consider Gen X just poor versions of Boomers?

GEN X (1965-1980) are bascically Boomers without the yacht? They get really offended being lumped in with Boomers because they were the first to complain about them. I feel like Millennials resemble Boomers more in their attitude than Gen X does. Apparently Gen X is Boomer because no one seems to recognize us.

Gen Xer's are pure nihilists & doomers. They are more based than boomers though.
