what does the average person do? they might watch jewish brainwashing on tv, which tells them how to think so they will continue to fit into this system. or they play video games which are an assault on the senses and do the complete opposite of relax you. you might read books or listen to music that you have been told "cultured" people enjoy, so you pretend to like it so you have something to talk about with people you don't actually relate to. or you might work out, in a vain effort to attract the opposite sex. no one actually does any of these things for enjoyment.
