When I was a kid I used to just sit in a warm shower. I started to do it again. It's kinda like a sauna.

In the morning I take short showers. But in evening, if I take a shower in the evening, I can take long showers.

I did that once when I went to the beach. I thought I had HIV and was stressed as hell so I just closed my eyes and laid on the shower floor feeling the water come down.
