Being emotional is normal yes, and its usually just a collection of lots of emotions piling up, or a deep realization

the last time I had one of these cries was december 2024, I visited poland again (I moved out in 2023) and met up with all my old friends and even a girl I was super into, then the realization hit that I had to go back to italy soon, and that all my connections and friends would forget about me quickly before I even had the chance to move back to poland.

I believe this as well. It's just sometimes it's overwhelming, and it kinda just pours out - especially when drunk.
